That if the police had been called on you FIVE TIMES and you HAD GOTTEN A TICKET and were GOING TO COURT you would learn to be quiet.

I know, because I checked! My lovely neighbors must be back to thier old tricks....and me being the nice person that I am DID NOT call the cops, but came to sleep on the couch. It is Saturday night, not a week night.
